Co2 Transcritical Service Manifold Kit

The Javac Edge Test and Transcritical Service Manifold with Hose Kit is specifically designed for use on modern CO₂ (R744) refrigeration systems, where higher operating pressures demand equipment you can rely on. Built around a durable two‑valve manifold, it is rated for high‑side pressures up to 160 bar, making it suitable for transcritical CO₂ applications. To ensure safe operation and long service life, the manifold is fitted with a specially engineered bleed valve. This allows users to safely depressurise the hoses after closing the service valves and before disconnecting from the system. The bleed function also relieves any trapped R744 when the manifold is not in use, helping to prevent pressure build‑up at typical van or ambient temperatures, which could otherwise damage the gauges. The kit is supplied complete with steel mesh reinforced hoses, providing strength, durability, and added security when working at high pressures. Everything is neatly stored and transported in the Veto Pro Pac Hose Hauler, offering excellent protection and organisation for professional use on and off site.
